Holton holds a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Syracuse University, a M.Sc. in Construction Management also from Syracuse University, a M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Engineering Mechanics – China Earthquake Administration, and a B.Sc. in Engineering Mechanics from Tianjin University.
He applies his expertise in industrial plants and cogeneration power plants as well as large-scale sustainable industrial infrastructure in the GTA and internationally.
