Lighting Retrofit Audit for the City of Oshawa

Performed site audits of interior fluorescent lighting fixtures at eighty six (86) City of Oshawa owned facilities.  Reported recommendations for re-ballasting or wholesale replacement of individual fixtures, construction budget per fixture and per building for recommendations, calculations for Federal Gas Tax incentives based on new fixture type recommendations, and provided priority for replacement by building based on the type and condition of fixtures.  Completed a submission for Federal Gas Tax incentive.  Developed a sequence of required electrical work based on priority, City of Oshawa requirements, and available budget.  Provided a detailed design and specification for electrical and construction work.  Provided a construction scope of work for construction tender package.
