500 kW Solar PV System

VIRTUAL Engineers was commissioned by Avacos Clean Energy to perform LDC Commissioning Verification and Independent Engineer’s Certification for a roof mounted 500 kW Solar PV installation at Gracious Living located in Vaughan, Ontario.

The purpose of the inspection was to certify that the Connection Point of the facility was at the location specified on the OPA FIT Contract and that the facility was constructed, connected, commissioned, and synchronized to the IESO-Controlled Grid, a Distribution System or a Host Facility, such that at least 90% of the Contract Capacity for the Facility is available to generate electricity in compliance with Good Engineering and Operating Practices.
